Mr. Venters was admitted to the North Carolina Bar and United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in 2013. Prior to founding Venters Law Offices in 2017, Mr. Venters served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Randy D. Doub, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, deceased, and judicial law clerk to the Honorable James E. Gates, the Honorable Robert B. Jones, Jr., and the Honorable Kimberly A. Swank, United States Magistrate Judges for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
He then worked as an attorney at Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. and was admitted to the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in 2016.
